Auburn briefing: Tigers on the verge of flipping two five-stars from Alabama, Georgia

In this story:
Auburn just flipped five-star linebacker Demarcus Riddick from Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs.
It's the Tigers first five-star commitment in half a decade.
The drought between solid recruiting classes for the Tigers has been long, and with Hugh Freeze taking things up a notch on the trail, things are really looking up for Auburn.
However, the five-star commitments may not stop at Riddick.
Five-star wide receiver Perry Thompson is visiting Auburn on Saturday for Big Cat Weekend. The interesting part?
He's currently pledged to Alabama, but plans to make a commitment to either Auburn or the Tide over the weekend.
If Thompson shows up to Big Cat Weekend and plans on committing the same day...
The Tigers may have very well flipped two five-star prospects from Alabama and Georgia... in the same week.
The top players that are attending Big Cat in the 2024 class are without a doubt, five-star KJ Bolden, five-star Auburn commit Demarcus Riddick, four-star Deandre Carter, four-star Bradley Shaw, and last but not least four-star Jalewis Solomon. All are blue chips and all are being heavily pursued by this staff.
