WATCH: Auburn QB signee Walker White throws a 49-yard TD

Walker White is looking strong early in the All-American Bowl.

Auburn quarterback signee Walker White threw a 49-yard pass to Georgia RB Nathaniel Frazier for a score on his first pass of the All-American Bowl.

White has had a good week of practices leading up to the game and has given Auburn fans plenty of reasons to be excited about him making his way to campus.

Here's the throw:

A lot to like about the throw. The placement is exactly what you want and the anticipation and feel of the timing was ideal. He threw the ball when he was even with the defender. White threw the ball anticipating that Frazier would get some separation. That's exactly what happened and it resulted in a touchdown.

Walker White's strengths

The arm strength that White has shown to date has been eye-opening. Whether passing from the pocket, using a bootleg to move to his right or left, or even scrambling to avoid a sack and still completing a pass, White's arm strength stood out.

From that point, White's mobility has been a major weapon to help him throw or run. He's even shown the ability to gain big chunks of yardage when he takes off, and that will certainly benefit Auburn down the line.
