We are nearing the 2023 NFL Draft, and multiple former Auburn Tigers are hoping to hear their name called.

According to Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports, four former Auburn players will be selected in the NFL Draft.

Many mock drafts have had Derick Hall listed as the first Tiger off the board but not in this one.

Let's take a look at where CBS Sports thinks the Auburn Tigers in the 2023 NFL Draft will end up.

Tank Bigsby RB, 3rd Rd 66th overall to the Arizona Cardinals

Tank Bigsby was the first Tiger off the board in this mock draft. CBS Sports has the former Tiger running back heading to the desert to play for the Arizona Cardinals. This would be a good fit as the main running back for the Cardinals, James Conner, is injury prone. Based on the Cardinal's current roster, Bigsby would get a good amount of carries in his rookie season. This would be a perfect landing spot for one of the best running backs in the 2023 draft class. It's scary to think what Bigsby can do behind an NFL offensive line that will actually have some push aside from what he was used to during his time on the Plains.

Derick Hall Edge, 3rd Rd 77th overall to the Las Angeles Rams

Hall has slipped down some draft boards over the last month or so, which is surprising as he has an NFL-ready frame and could help a team immediately. This CBS Sports mock draft has Hall starting his pro career in L.A. with the Rams. The Rams only had 38 sacks last season, which had them in the bottom half of the NFL. They are in need of some players who can get to the quarterback from the edge, and Hall can do just that. When it comes to plug-and-play, the Rams would be a perfect fit for the former First Team All-SEC selection. Hall will have a good rookie year and projects as a player who could put up double-digit sacks before he hangs them up.

Colby Wooden DL, 3rd Rd 103rd overall to the Chicago Bears

CBS Sports has Colby Wooden landing in the Windy City to play for the Bears. In 2022 the Bears had the least sacks in the league, only tallying 20, and an awful rush defense, letting opponents average an NFL-worst 5.4 yards per carry. These are two things Wooden could come in and immediately help fix for the Bears. Chicago has made some moves on the offense side of things that have many people thinking they are an underrated team heading into the 2023 season. The issue will be on the defensive side of the ball, and Wooden can come in and help fix these problems for the Bears in his rookie season.

Owen Pappoe LB, 4th Rd 109th overall to the Las Vegas Raiders

Owen Pappoe had one of the best combines of anyone in the draft showing off why many refer to him as "The Freak." This mock draft has Pappoe landing in Las Vegas to play for the Raiders. The Raiders, like the Bears, were one of the worst run defenses in the NFL last season. As a linebacker, it would be Pappoe's job to help fix these problems. Pappoe is the most athletic linebacker in this NFL draft cycle; the question is can he do well in coverage and manage his gaps properly? The former Tiger linebacker will get a shot in the league based on his athleticism, so hopefully, his knowledge of the position grows, and he can develop into a star.
