Over a dozen former Cougars participated in BYU's 2023 Pro Day

BYU's Pro Day is in the books, and most of the unofficial results have been posted. Below are the unofficial results from Pro Day.

BYU defensive back Kaleb Hayes posted the fastest 40-yard dash of the day with a 4.31. Jaren Hall ran a 4.62 and Puka Nacua ran a 4.55. Below are the rest of the Pro Day results.

Blake Freeland limited his participation as he was a full participant at the NFL Combine. He did 25 reps on the bench press and he also posted a 4.42 shuttle which would have ranked first at the NFL Combine.
