BYU WR Keanu Hill Makes Highlight Catch on First Day of Fall Camp

On Tuesday, BYU officially kicked off the 2023 season with its first practice of Fall camp. BYU welcomed nearly 60 newcomers on day one including a long list of transfers, returned missionaries, and 2023 signees.
After practice, BYU released a few highlights from the first practice. Junior wide receiver and Texas native Keanu Hill (#1) headlined the practice highlights with a contested catch against Jakob Robinson. That clip starts at the 22 second mark. Hill high-pointed the football and secured it after a few bobbles.

A few other newcomers on offense were featured, most notably running back Aidan Robbins (#3). Robbins was a participant in practice after missing the Spring with a wrist injury. Robbins will be one of the biggest running backs in college football at 6'3 and 240 pounds. UConn transfer Keelan Marion (#17) was also seen making an impressive catch on a comeback route from Cade Fennegan. Transfer wide receiver Darius Lassiter and true freshman wide receiver Kevin Doe were also featured making catches down field.
On defense, multiple defensive backs broke up passes in one-on-one drills. Eddie Heckard (#5) broke up a Kedon Slovis pass intended for Keanu Hill. Both Jakob Robinson and Chika Ebunoha had pass break-ups.
The defensive highlight of the day came from freshman linebacker Isaiah Glasker (#16). Glasker intercepted a Jake Retzlaff pass in 7-on-7. Glasker was consistently mentioned as a standout during Spring camp and will certainly be in the two-deep for the season opener. Glasker is long and athletic. He is listed at 6'5 and 220 pounds on the roster.
