Report: Top-Ranked Transfer Aaron Estrada Has UC In Top-Four Schools

Cincinnati had the guard in for a visit this past weekend.

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats are one of the top -four schools for Hofstra transfer guard Aaron Estrada (20.2 Pts, 5.5 Reb, 4.3 Ast).

Multiple reports had Estrada's top schools as UC, Alabama, Florida State, and Kansas State. Cincinnati had him in town for a visit this past weekend.

On3 recently adjusted their prediction to Estrada picking UC 92.3% of the time.

The 2022-23 CAA Player of the Year faced Cincinnati in this year's NIT and was a dynamic scoring presence for the Pride.

He's won conference POTY in consecutive seasons since transferring from Oregon. The 6-foot-4 efficient force has been top-three among All-CAA players in effective field goal percentage over the past two years for Hofstra.

To lead a conference in shots and stay that efficient is a good sign that he could have success in a Power Five return. On top of that, he was 11th among CAA players in assist rate in 2022-23.

Estrada is On3's sixth-best transfer available this cycle.
