Five Bearcats Selected in The Athletic's Seven-Round Mock Draft

Cincinnati should have at least five players selected next weekend.

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats should have five or six players selected in the upcoming NFL Draft. A handful cracked the latest major mock draft as five Bearcats came off the board in Dane Brugler's seven-round mock draft.

Tyler Scott is a near-lock to be the first Bearcat drafted this year. He got things rolling at Pick 63.

"With the Chiefs expected to add wide receiver help at some point in the first three rounds, Scott is a name to keep on the radar," Brugler wrote. "A true three-level threat, he will be drafted somewhere in the 50-100 range and look like a steal three years from now."

Scott is the consensus 78th-ranked prospect and the 11th-best wide receiver.

Check out where the rest of the Bearcats fell:

Josh Whyle - No. 142 (fourth round) Cleveland Browns

Ivan Pace Jr. - No. 162 (fifth round) Indianapolis Colts

Tre Tucker - No. 181 (sixth round) Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Arquon Bush - No. 253 (seventh round) San Francisco 49ers
