As the offense finds its groove, Clemson's defense continues to lead the way for the Tigers. For the second week in a row, the Tigers scored a defensive touchdown, this time in the form of a Nate Wiggins pick-six.

The interception gave Wiggins his first career touchdown and Clemson a 7-0 lead early in the contest. In all, Clemson's defense thoroughly dominated FAU in the first half. The Owls had just one possession that went for more than 13 yards in the half. Clemson was able to hold FAU to under 100 yards in the first half.

Meanwhile, on offense, the Tigers were clicking early. Cade Klubnik scored three first-half touchdowns, two through the air and one on the ground. The offense put up 255 yards (148 passing - 107 rushing) and had four different players find the endzone.

Injuries: Cole Turner left with what appeared to be a groin injury. Follow along with the Live Updates here.
