Deion Sanders Has Social Media Buzzing With Unreleased Cleats

In this story:
There’s no question that Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders likes to be stylish. This was on display when “Coach Prime” showed off a new All-White Nike Air DT Max 96 cleat on his Instagram page.
Deion Sanders Shows Off All-White Nike Cleats

Deion Sanders first signed a deal with Nike in 1992, when he was still at the top of his game as a cornerback in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons. During this time period, Deion was also playing baseball for the Atlanta Braves. In an interview with the media back then, Deion gave his motto about style in sports.
“When I get up in the morning and I come to the park sometimes and I know I’m looking good. You know how you know you’re looking good? You’re going to have a good game,” Sanders said. “My motto is, you look good, you feel good. You feel good, you play good. You play good, they pay good.”
This week, Deion posted a video to his social media showing off the All-White Nike Air DT Max 96 cleat. Take a look.

“Tell me what ya’ll think about these. I need comments, comments, comments,” Sanders said.
Deion said that he would give away the shoes to a kid, but only if they had done something in return such as help out their mom around the house or got a good grade in school.

“Momma, tell me something about the kid, what they’ve done…how they’ve helped you in the house. I need a GPA, something like that. A report card. Give me something,” Sanders said. “Because these are fire. These are fire…How quick would these sell out if they was on shelves? We got to get these on shelves.”
There are no real limits to what type of shoes “Coach Prime” can put out. From signature cleats to shoes one can walk around town with, Nike has done it with Deion.

Coach Prime's Buffaloes

Being a coach has only upped the style of Deion Sanders. It’s unlocked a whole new arsenal of apparel to wear. As a coach on the sideline, "Coach Prime" is known for wearing sunglasses, sometimes along with a cowboy hat. Nobody does it quite like Deion.
It's been the big reason why Colorado has risen to be one of the most talked about football programs in the country despite their struggles on the field in two of Deion's first three seasons as coach in Boulder. Sanders isn't shy to make bold statements, whether that be in interviews, podcasts, or even just with his fashion choices.
On the field, Colorado and "Coach Prime" will look to bounce back in 2026 from a dissapointing 2025 season. In 2025, the Buffaloes went 3-9, missing a bowl game for the fourth time in the past five seasons.
