Deion Sanders has come into the season with a Colorado vs. Everyone mentality. It has felt that way since he arrived on campus over eight months ago. But with Colorado less than two weeks away from college football's biggest opener in recent memory, the Buffs are looking to shock the world.

One of those not betting against Coach Prime is CBS analyst Randy Cross. The former NFL star was recently talking about the storylines to start the 2023 season and gave a bold prediction.

"I'm not gonna discount what Deion Sanders is gonna do at Colorado, and I think it gets started with an upset win at TCU," Cross said.

The College Football Hall-of-Famer and longtime CBS commentator is not the only one coming out in support of Prime. FOX Sports' Joel Klatt told his audience he believes Colorado's hire of Sanders was the biggest change in history

The former CU alum went on to predict a Buffs win in one of the first two games against TCU or Nebraska. Ironically, it's also the two games Klatt and his broadcast partner, Gus Johnson, will be calling for FOX's Big Noon Saturday.

Colorado is set up with a better situation compared to last year, with over 70 new players brought in by Coach Prime and his staff. A roster flip that has sparked controversy from the outside, but a tactic defended vigorously by Sanders. It's unconventional from a traditional standpoint, but so is having a Hall of Fame player work his way up the coaching ranks.

Sanders and the Buffs will meet 17th-ranked TCU in Fort Worth on Sept. 2.
