Duke Basketball Learns Opponent for ACC/SEC Challenge

The 2023-24 Duke basketball squad will face Arkansas on the road as part of the inaugural ACC/SEC Challenge next season. Tipoff is at 9:15 p.m. ET on Nov. 29 (ESPN).

The series between Duke and Arkansas is tied at 2-2. Their most recent meeting came in the Elite Eight two seasons ago, resulting in a 78-69 Duke win, the last of Mike Krzyzewski's career.
All four previous meetings between the programs have occurred on a neutral court.
Duke, entering its second season with Jon Scheyer on the throne, returns eight scholarship players from a team that captured the ACC Tournament crown and finished with a 27-9 overall record. Four returnees are starters, including ACC Rookie of the Year Kyle Filipowski. And the Blue Devils welcome four five-stars into the mix.

Arkansas also figures to have a ranking by its name when it welcomes Duke to Fayetteville.

Thus far, the earliest reported matchup on next season's Duke basketball schedule is a home bout against the Arizona Wildcats on Nov. 10.
