It's been almost two months since the Duke basketball program announced its loaded non-conference schedule for Jon Scheyer's second season in command:

  • Nov. 6 vs. Dartmouth
  • Nov. 10 vs. Arizona
  • Nov. 14 vs. Michigan State (Champions Classic in Chicago's United Center)
  • Nov. 17 vs. Bucknell (Blue Devil Challenge in Cameron Indoor Stadium)
  • Nov. 21 vs. La Salle (Blue Devil Challenge)
  • Nov. 24 vs. Southern Indiana (Blue Devil Challenge)
  • Nov. 29 at Arkansas (ACC/SEC Challenge)
  • Dec. 9 vs. Charlotte
  • Dec. 12 vs. Hofstra
  • Dec. 20 vs. Baylor (in New York's Madison Square Garden)
  • Dec. 29 vs. Queens

Meanwhile, the 2022-25 ACC schedule matrix gives us the opponents for the Blue Devils' 20-game conference slate:

  • Home and away: Georgia Tech, Louisville, Notre Dame, Pitt, UNC, Wake Forest
  • Home only: Clemson, Boston College, Syracuse, Virginia
  • Away only: Florida State, Miami, NC State, Virginia Tech

Still, the order of Duke basketball's conference opponents and the dates of those games remain unknown. But according to a post from CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein on Tuesday evening, the ACC will release that information on Sept. 26, the Tuesday after next, allowing all 15 programs to distribute and advertise their complete schedules.

The 2023-24 Blue Devils, a projected preseason top-three squad due to their ideal blend of five-star newcomers and returning starters, (re)introduce themselves to the fans on Oct. 20 via the program's annual Countdown to Craziness in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
