It’s December 20th, otherwise known as Early National Signing Day on this year’s version of the always hectic College Football calendar. The overwhelming majority of Georgia’s 2024 signing class will be solidified in hard writing today. With seven signees already enrolled

  • Joseph Jonah-Ajoyne
  • Daniel Calhoun
  • Marques Easley
  • Ryan Puglisi
  • Jaden Reddell
  • Sacovie White
  • Justin Williams

One. of Georgia's Two Tight End Commits has turned in his National Letter of Intent. Cardinal Gibbons (Florida) junior tight end Colton Heinrich is a 3-star rated prospect according to 247Sports and also had offers on the table from Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Ohio State.

Through 13 games for the Chiefs last season, Heinrich was undoubtedly the top target through the air for the Cardinal Gibbons’ offense. Heinrich hauled in 36 passes for 464 yards and scored three touchdowns.

At nearly 6-foot-4, 232 pounds, Heinrich figures to add a little more size at the next level and has the ideal frame to continue playing tight end in pass and run blocking situations. Onlookers can get a look at Heinrich to start the 2023 season on May 25th in the Broward County Classic National Showcase when the Chiefs face Cardinal Gibbons of North Carolina.
