Jamon Dumas-Johnson Expected to Transfer to Kentucky For 2024 Season
The 2023 Georgia football season has come to a close with the 27 to 24 loss to the Alabama Crimson Tide, at least the 2023 version of the roster. With the loss, there will be inevitable NFL Draft Declarations, impending NCAA Transfer Portal entries, and roster movement unlike you've probably seen at this point in the season for the Bulldogs.
The latest update on the transfer portal front comes as linebacker Jamon Dumas-Johnson has announced that he will be playing for the Kentucky Wildcats for the 2024 season.
Dumas-Johnson's entry into the transfer portal came as a shock to many Bulldog fans, as he was a starter for the Georgia defense during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. He will be joining former Bulldog quarterback Brock Vandagriff, who transferred to the Wildcats earlier this offseason.
