Kirby Smart Updates Injury Report Ahead of Week 4

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart addressed the media on Monday following Georgia's 24 to 14 win over the South Carolina Gamecocks. Coming back from a 14 to 3 halftime deficit, the No. 1 ranked Bulldogs remain unblemished entering week four of the college football season. 

Smart updated the injury report entering the matchup with UAB. Georgia will be without the starting offensive tackle, Amarius Mims for a few weeks. 

Georgia Football Injury Report - 9/16

  • Amarius Mims - "Amarius Mims ankle sprain was bad, he's going to have tight rope surgery. He will be back, it's just a matter of how long."
  • Javon Bullard (Ankle) - 
  • Roderick Robinson (ankle) - Had a high-ankle sprain, we will find out where he is this week. 
  • Austin Blaske (Knee) - Think we are going to get Blaske back. Blaske has a knee sprain and has missed the last two football games. 
  • Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins (foot) - TID is in a boot after having suffered a foot injury during fall camp. 
  • Ladd McConkey (Back) - Ladd is in a day-by-day situation. He's trying everything he can to get back.
  • Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins - TID suffered a foot injury during camp and has missed the last two games.
  • Marvin Jones Jr. - Jones Jr. was seen during warmups in street clothes, his injury is undisclosed.
  • Lawson Luckie (ankle) had tightrope surgery to repair a high-ankle sprain, TBD.
  • Branson Robinson (KNEE) will be out for the season.
