BREAKING: Duce Robinson Commits to USC

Five-star tight end Duce Robinson has announced his college decision.

While the majority of the 2023 recruiting class wrapped up back at the beginning of February, there is still one more prospect who elected to delay his college decision. Five-star tight end Duce Robinson has finally announced his decision and has committed to the USC Trojans.

After announcing earlier in the year that he would be announcing his decision after national signing day, Robinson told the media earlier this week that he would be choosing his respected school on Thursday. The star-studded tight-end prospect is ranked as the 19th-best player in the nation, the number-one player in the state of Arizona, and the number-one player at his position.

While Robinson is rated as the number one tight-end prospect for the 2023 class and a top player nationally, he is also an extremely talented baseball player as well. According to Perfect Game, Robinson is a top 300 prospect for the upcoming MLB draft. The 6'6 athlete has drawn some comparisons to Yankees superstar Aaron Judge. Robinson is following in the footsteps of his father, who was another dual sport athlete that was drafted by the Minnesota Twins.

This has been a recruitment that many have watched closely considering the schools that have been considered in the mix for this one. USC, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas seemed to have separated themselves from the rest of the pack, and when Robinson elected to push back his commitment date, things only got more interesting.

Now with his college recruitment behind him, Robinson can focus on continuing to be one of the top tight ends in the country or maybe even following his father's career path and being a successful baseball player. Regardless of where his career takes him, it is safe to say the Arizona native will be very successful in whatever he does.
