Georgia Lands Commitment from Four Star Athlete Demello Jones

The University of Georgia Football program is in the midst of its annual spring practice sessions, but that hasn't stopped them from adding to their potential future rosters. The Bulldogs now have received a commitment from four-star athlete Demello Jones.

Jones is currently listed as a four-star prospect for the 2024 class. He is ranked as the 18th-best athlete in the class and the 28th-best prospect in the state of Georgia, according to 247. The Swainsboro native joins an already-loaded 2024 recruiting class for the Bulldogs.

He has recently received an onslaught of college offers over the past couple of months which includes schools like Auburn, Michigan, Ole Miss, and Miami. Jones becomes the 10th commit for Georgia. Jones is also a multi-sport athlete as he not only plays football but shines out on the basketball court and track as well.

Jones is a do it all athlete on the gridiron. In 2022, he received snaps at wide receiver, quarterback, and cornerback. He gets plugged into a lot of different spots on both sides of the football, but no matter what he is going to get the job done and do so at an exceptional level.
