Georgia Tech Quarterback Committ Aaron Philo Shines At Elite 11 Regional

Yesterday, the Elite 11 regional in Atlanta took place, and one of the participants was recent Georgia Tech commit Aaron Philo. Philo looked sharp during each and every drill and he was getting noticed yesterday for his performance in an event with highly rated quarterbacks such as Air Noland (Ohio State commit) and Jadyn Davis (Michigan commit.

One of the accolades that Philo was able to pick up yesterday was winning the golden gun accuracy challenge. He scored 23 points in the challenge.

Philo was noticed by those in attendance yesterday and it looks like Georgia Tech certainly has their quarterback of the future.

"2022: Peach State Class A Division 1 Offensive Player of the Year. Led Prince Avenue Christian to a perfect 14-0 record and a title. Completed 274 of 397 pass attempts (69 percent) for 4,598 yards with 54 TD to go against 8 INT. Also carried the ball 68 times for 361 yards (5.3 average) and 8 more scores. Threw for 5 TD or more in 6 games. That included in the state championship against Swainsboro where he was 21 of 32 for 477 yards with 6 TD and 1 INT. Studied under former college coach Jon Richt."

The 2024 class for Georgia Tech currently ranks 32nd on 247Sports, which is 8th in the ACC.
