Georgia Tech Football 2024 Recruiting Targets: Offensive Tackle
The first weekend of official visits is wrapping up in Atlanta and Georgia Tech is working on improving its 2024 class with their top targets. One area of emphasis is of course going to be the offensive line, a position in which Georgia Tech brought in five recruits last recruiting cycle. The Yellow Jackets have one offensive lineman committed and are going after others to improve the future upfront.
So who could be the top targets for Georgia Tech at offensive tackle?

Let's start with the players that have scheduled visits with the Yellow Jackets.
Terez Davis (Hyattsville, MD) is visiting Atlanta next weekend. Davis also has visits lined up to Syracuse and Virginia Tech and it looks like it is going to be between those three ACC schools for him.
Jude Foster (Baton Rouge, LA) is a three-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite and is set to have an official to Georgia Tech on June 16th. He has already officially visited Ole Miss and has one lined up with Baylor after he is at Georgia Tech.
Jordan Floyd (Lilburn, GA) plays at Parkview High School and he has been one of the top targets for Georgia Tech. He attended the first prospect camp at Georgia Tech last week and will take his official on June 23rd. He has other official visits lined up to UCF and Kentucky. He is a three-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite.
Jameson Riggs (Hiram, GA) is a three-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite and will be in Atlanta for his official visit next week. He visited Clemson this weekend and he has one planned for Auburn the following week after visiting Georgia Tech.
Favour Edwin (McDonough, GA) is an interesting prospect that has been on the rise this spring and while he does not have an official visit lined up with GT yet, he spoke highly of them this spring with FanNation's director of recruiting Brooks Austin:
"That head coach man, I am not going to lie, he is one of my favorites. The way he like... when I went over there, he did not say a word all of practice, he was just watching and observing and the other coaches, the energy there, I was experiencing the different coaches and culture so when I went to Georgia Tech, he was relaxed and observing everything, there was no music, if you messed up, he was a detailed guy. He lays back and watches the whole thing and lets other coaches handle it but he is actually in control. He watches it from afar and I love that, I really love that from him. He is going to keep watching you and walk up to you. That was something I actually loved from him."
Edwin has one official lined up and it is to Florida.
Marcus Mascoll is a three-star prospect that has unofficially visited Georgia Tech in the past, but there does not appear to be any momentum there as Mascoll has official visits lined up to Florida, LSU, and NC State.
Two new offers from the Yellow Jackets staff are Daniel Akinkunmi and Tyler West (Andrews, NC).
Davis, Foster, Floyd, and Riggs are the guys to keep an eye on this summer and Edwin could be based on if he schedules an official visit. As always, things can change quickly in recruiting and Tech could gain momentum somewhere.
