Report: Wake Forest will be without a key defensive player vs. Georgia Tech

Georgia Tech travels to Wake Forest to take on the Demon Deacons

Georgia Tech faces Wake Forest in a big ACC matchup today and according to ESPN's Pete Thamel, Wake Forest is going to be without one of their better defensive players tonight against the Yellow Jackets. 

Wake Forest starting linebacker and captain Chase Jones is going to miss his third straight game due to a concussion.

Jones was the second-leading tackler for the Demon Deacons last season, finishing the year with 74 tackles, two sacks, and an interception. 

This is a massive game for both teams. Georgia Tech is trying to reach the postseason for the first time since 2018 and while it is only game four, this feels like a must-win today. Wake Forest is undefeated heading into this game but is relatively unproven due to their weak strength of schedule.
