SPOKANE - The Gonzaga men's basketball team tipped off West Coast Conference play with a special matchup against Pepperdine on Thursday at the Spokane Arena.
The Bulldogs 86-60 victory over the Waves, billed the CCF Classic, benefitted the Community Cancer Fund. The Spokane Arena holds more than 12,000 fans, which is double the capacity of the McCarthey Athletic Center.
The Zags have now won 28 consecutive WCC openers, including all 25 conference openers under head coach Mark Few. Stay with Gonzaga Nation for full postgame coverage.
