Where are they now? Cory Violette joins the Gonzaga Nation podcast
Long before Drew Timme roamed the paint at the McCarthey Athletic Center, Cory Violette did the same.
Violette helped lead the Gonzaga men's basketball team to four consecutive NCAA Tournament berths, at the very beginning of the Zags' remarkable run. From 2000-04, Violette averaged 10.4 points and 6.8 rebounds. During his senior season in 2003-04, he teamed up with Ronny Turiaf, Adam Morrison and Blake Stepp to lead the Bulldogs to a 28-3 record and a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
On the latest episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast, former Zags' All-American Dan Dickau has a wide-ranging conversation with Violette about his memories from his playing days, what he's down now and much more.
