Indiana Women's Basketball is No. 3 Seed In Big Ten Tournament, Will Play Friday Night

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — No. 14 Indiana women’s basketball will be the No. 3 seed in the Big Ten Tournament.
No. 6 Iowa’s win at home over No. 2 Ohio State on Sunday left the Hawkeyes and the Hoosiers tied for second in the Big Ten standings at 15-3. But the Hawkeyes have the advantage because they split with Ohio State and Indiana went 0-1 against the Buckeyes.
This means Indiana gets one of the four double-byes in the tournament. The Hoosiers will play the last game Friday night in Minneapolis. The approximate tip-off is 25 minutes following the end of Game 9, which will start at 5:30 p.m. CT. Indiana will play either the No. 6, No. 11 or No. 14 seed.
The first round of the Big Ten Tournament begins Wednesday.
