Report: DeVante Parker, Patriots Agree to New Three-Year, $33 Million Deal

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Former Louisville star wide receiver DeVante Parker has agreed with the New England Patriots to a new three-year deal worth up to $33 million, according to a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The deal includes $14 million in guarantees and per-game roster bonuses, per Rapoport. Parker was set to enter the final year of a four-year, $40 million contract that he signed while a member of the Miami Dolphins.
Ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft last offseason, the Dolphins dealt the 6-foot-3, 219-pound receiver and a 2022 fifth-round pick to the Patriots for a 2023 third-round pick. Over the course of 13 games and 11 starts during his first season in New England, Parker caught 31 passes on 47 targets for 539 yards and three touchdowns.
Prior to the trade, the Louisville native and Ballard HS alum had spent his entire professional career in South Beach. He was selected by the Dolphins with the first round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft at 14th overall.
In his seven years with Miami, Parker hauled in 338 receptions for 4,727 yards and 24 touchdowns over 93 games and 64 starts. His best season came in 2019, when he caught 72 passes for 1,202 yards and nine touchdowns, all of which were career highs.
Parker departed the Cardinals as one of the top receivers in program history. He was an All-ACC selection as a sophomore and junior in 2012 and 2013, combining for 1,629 yards and 22 touchdowns in that stretch, with a foot injury limiting him in his senior campaign.
His 33 career receiving touchdown is tied with Ibn Green for the most in program history, while his 2,775 career receiving yards is good for fourth all-time in Louisville history.
