The Miami Hurricanes basketball program had a historic 2022-23 season and its final moments came with the NBA Draft.

Jordan Miller went 48th overall to the Los Angeles Clippers, while Isaiah Wong went 55th overall to the Indiana Pacers.

Both players will have strong connections to The U while playing for their two new teams, as Miami head coach Jim Larrañaga denoted in the following Twitter post:

It’s incredible what each of these two players helped to do for the Miami Hurricanes basketball program. Winning a co-ACC title this past season, leading a team to its first Final Four appearance, and just being good guys to represent the University of Miami were a part of their journeys.

Congratulations to each player once again as they get ready for the NBA Summer League action and attempt to start long professional careers. They deserve all the credit that’s been thrown at each of them, and Canes fans – as well as media members – say thank you to their hard work and sacrifice.
