With 11 days until the Atlantic Coast Conference’s regular season schedule concludes, the race for first place has continued to be tighter than ever.

2) Miami | 13-4

3) Pittsburgh | 12-4

4) Clemson | 11-5

5) Duke & North Carolina State | 11-6

7) Syracuse & Wake Forest | 9-7

9) North Carolina | 8-8

10) Boston College | 7-10

11) Virginia Tech | 6-10

12) Florida State | 6-11

Tonight’s ACC Games

Miami at Virginia Tech, 7 p.m., ESPNU

Georgia Tech at Pittsburgh, 7 p.m., ACCN

Notes: The Hokies can be dangerous at home, so the Hurricanes better be ready. The key for this contest will be the ability of the Canes to take the Cassell Coliseum crowd out of the game as soon as possible, i.e. the first five minutes of each half will be critical.

Additionally, the Yellow Jackets have shown the ability to compete at a high level – like their win over the Hurricanes earlier this season – so the Panthers need to be on guard as well.
