Terrance Williams III Makes A Couple Of Big Decisions

Earlier today, Will Tschetter announced that he would be back at Michigan next season, which is a nice bit of continuity and at the least, some depth for new head coach Dusty May. Shortly after Tschetter's announcement, senior Terrance Williams II announced that he would be declaring for the NBA Draft while maintaining his NCAA eligibility.

Williams has also entered his name into the transfer portal per Matt Zenitz of 247 Sports.

With Williams giving a serious look to both the NBA and the transfer portal, it seems unlikely that he'll be back at Michigan next year, but we'll see. Williams isn't on any NBA mock draft boards and is obviously not a Dusty May player. However, he's been at U-M for a while, does a lot while on the court and would be another piece, along with Tschetter, to fill out the roster and provide some continuity during this coaching transition. It's going to be interesting to see where he ends up when evertyhing plays out.
