Michigan was confident it would get a temporary restraining order before kick-off against Penn State, but according to reports, it won't happen on Saturday.

The TRO did not get turned down, but there just won't be a ruling yet. It sounds like there will be a hearing this coming Friday to determine the TRO.

Harbaugh will for sure miss today's game against Penn State, but he can still coach the team all of next week, and hopes are he will be back on the sideline next week against Maryland.

Harbaugh was suspended for the rest of the regular season by the Big Ten on Friday for violating the league's sportsmanship policy. Tony Petitti said there was no evidence supporting Harbaugh knew about Connor Stalions' sign-stealing scheme.

Michigan offensive coordinator Sherrone Moore will serve as acting head coach against the Nittany Lions.
