Michigan State Bullied By No. 2 Michigan In East Lansing

In this story:
Even with all of the outside distractions currently taking place around the Michigan Football program, there was little doubt that what the outcome would be in East Lansing on Saturday night. From start to finish, it was another dominant performance by the Wolverines over their in-state rival, winning by a score of 49-0.
Junior quarterback JJ McCarthy once again led the way offensively, finishing his evening completing 21-of-27 attempts for 287 yards and 4 touchdowns in just three quarters of action.
Tight end AJ Barner led all receivers with 8 receptions for 99 yards and 1 touchdown, while sophomore tight end Colston Loveland added 4 receptions for 79 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Defensively, the Wolverines did what they've done all season long - dominate the opposing offense. Michigan State was unable to find any rhythm against the Michigan defense, failing to score a single point through four quarters of play.
Michigan now heads into the bye week with a perfect 8-0 record and almost all of their roster healthy, setting the stage for what should be an incredible run at a third consecutive conference championship down the stretch.
