Moody Scores All Points, Wins MVP In Final College Game

For veteran kicker Jake Moody, his final collegiate game couldn't have ended on a better note.

For veteran kicker Jake Moody, his final collegiate game couldn't have ended on a better note. On Thursday, Michigan's all-time leading kicker competed in the annual East-West Shrine game in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium - and he put on quite a show.

In his last appearance in the winged helmet, Moody connected on all four of his attempts for the West team, including two field goals from 51 yards each. He scored all 12 points for the West, which was more than enough for a comfortable 12-3 win over the East.

For his efforts, Moody captured the MVP trophy and certainly made his case for being the best kicker available in the NFL Draft.

Earlier this week, the University of Michigan highlighted Moody's five-year career - one that included several program records that will be hard to beat for any future kicker.
