Michigan Football: Harbaugh Hits The Recruiting Trail After Winning Big Ten Championship

Just days after winning his third consecutive Big Ten Championship, Michigan head football coach Jim Harbaugh hit the recruiting trail with members of his staff.

Just days after winning his third consecutive Big Ten Championship, Michigan head football coach Jim Harbaugh hit the recruiting trail this week with members of his staff.

One of the stops included visit to Idaho to check in on one of the nations top WR targets in the 2024 class, Gatlin Bair. After committing to play for Boise State back in August, Bair recently announced his decision to decommit from the Broncos and it looks like the Wolverines are now the favorite to land the 6-2, 195 pound speedster.

Harbaugh also paid a visit to four-star OL and current Michigan commit, Blake Frazier. The 6-5, 260 prospect out of Texas is currently listed as the No. 25 overall offensive tackle in the 2024 class.

Harbaugh also dropped in on four-star linebacker and current Michigan Football commit, Jeremiah Beasley. The 6-1, 210 pound prospect out of Belleville (MI) is currently listed as the No. 6 overall prospect in the state of Michigan and the No. 24 ranked linebacker nationally.

There are also reports that Michigan has been in contact with former five-star quarterback prospect, Dante Moore. The Michigan native entered the transfer portal earlier this week after one season with UCLA, and it sounds like Ann Arbor is certainly one of the frontrunners when it comes to landing the 6-3, 210 pound QB.

Moore finished his freshman season at UCLA completing 114-of-213 attempts for 1,610 yards and 11 touchdowns (along with 9 interceptions).

There's no doubt that Harbaugh and his staff will soon turn their entire focus toward a Jan. 1 Rose Bowl matchup with No. 4 Alabama in the coming days. In the meantime, it looks like this coaching staff is doing everything it can to ensure that the Wolverines will remain in the playoff picture for the foreseeable future.
