Strength & Conditioning Clinic For Basketball Coaches Set For March 14
EAST LANSING, Mich. â€“ The 4th annual Strength & Conditioning Clinic for Basketball Coaches will be held during the State Boysâ€™ Basketball Finals on the campus of Michigan State University on the morning of Friday, March 14. The clinic is specifically designed to give each attending coach (for both boysâ€™ and girlsâ€™ basketball) a solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of strength training, conditioning and agility training, related to the sport of basketball.
This yearâ€™s clinic will include new speakers and topics related to basketball, including:
