No. 21 Mississippi State’s Friday Game Postponed

STARKVILLE – With heavy rains in the area over the past 24 hours, No. 21 Mississippi State’s series-opening game against No. 13 Texas A&M has been postponed.
The Bulldogs (20-4, 2-1 SEC) and Aggies (23-2, 3-0 SEC) will play a doubleheader Saturday. The first game will start at noon and the second game will begin 30 minutes after its conclusion. Both games will air on SEC Network+.
Texas A&M is coming off a series sweep of No. 22 South Carolina last weekend, by scores of 3-0, 2-1 (10 innings), and 2-1.
Mississippi State’s most recent game was a 15-0 victory in five innings against Louisiana-Monroe.
Texas A&M and MSU will wrap up its three-game series on Sunday. The game will be shown on SEC Network+ at 11 a.m.
