For the first time since the 2022 preseason, Nebraska baseball is in the national rankings. Five of them, in fact.

In polls and rankings released Monday, Perfect Game has the Huskers at No. 25, while D1Baseball has Nebraska pegged at No. 24. The writers and coaches polls are in agreement about the Huskers, placing them at No. 23. NU's highest ranking, 22nd, comes from Baseball America.

Coach Will Bolt has his Huskers on a 10-game winning streak, which has boosted the team's season record to 20-5 entering April. Over the weekend, Nebraska closed out March with a three-game sweep at Northwestern in the Huskers' first Big Ten Conference series of the season.

No other Big Ten team appears in any of the five top 25s, and Arkansas is No. 1 in all five rankings.

Next for Nebraska is a Tuesday night game in Omaha against Creighton (20-4), followed by a three-game weekend series in Lincoln against the Big Ten's Ohio State Buckeyes (12-12).
