Nebraska Signee Quinn Clark Talks Husker Decision

The 6-foot-5 wide receiver from Montana is following his dad’s footsteps in joining the Huskers

Every commitment matters in a recruiting class. Some will prove to be a bigger factor than others, but each member is valuable.

Quinn Clark brings so much to the table for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Clark is a wide receiver signee for the Huskers who played high school ball at Gallatin High School in Bozeman, Montana. He will be a freshman this fall at Nebraska after signing his letter of intent last December.

Clark is the son of the late Ken Clark, a running back for the Huskers who rushed for more than 3,000 yards during his career in the late 1980s.

What stands out the most about Quinn Clark in his information is his height. He has a 6-foot-5 frame. That is the typical height for a tight end but rare in a wide receiver.

He recently spoke to HuskerMax about his decision to join Nebraska and more.

“Nebraska is the right choice for me because of the culture the staff has created and the family I have at Nebraska,” Clark said. “I’m extremely happy with my choice I don’t have any regrets and I’m excited to be a part of it.”

“I connected the best with Coach McGuire (wide receivers coach Garret McGuire), the way he teaches and his football IQ, not to mention he’s a very chill and cool guy. I think that our relationship will continue to grow throughout my time at Nebraska.”

“I think the team will continue to grow under (head coach) Matt Rhule, and I think the record will show that. … I’m a guy that’s willing to help the team in any way see fit.”

He has a bit of advice for any player who might be considering Nebraska.

“My message to anyone considering Nebraska is to take a visit and see the tightly knit family they have created, the top-of-the-line facilities, and also the city of Lincoln.”
