Social Media Reacts to Alan Bowman Returning to Oklahoma State

How do fans feel about Alan Bowman's return for the 2024 season?

Oklahoma State fans received great news on Thursday, January 4th as veteran quarterback Alan Bowman was officially granted a seventh year of eligibility. Bowman has played for Texas Tech, Michigan, and Oklahoma State over his six-year career.

This season Bowman threw the ball 501 times, he and completed 304 passes for 3,460 yards and 15 touchdowns. He also threw 14 interceptions with a 60.7 percent completion percentage.

There was a bit of a quarterback carousel at the beginning of the season, with players Alan Bowman, Gunnar Gundy, and Garret Rangel all taking starting reps. This led to an extremely shaky first three games, one of those games including a loss to South Alabama.

Now, the Cowboys will have much more continuity going into this season. With a majority of starters returning on both sides of the ball, Oklahoma State is considered to be one of the favorites to win the Big 12.

Let's see what fans had to say about the return of Alan Bowman.
