Defensive Back Otis Reese Declares For NFL Draft

The Rebels DB has announced an end to his career in Oxford.

OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss Rebels defensive back Otis Reese has announced his intention to declare for the 2023 NFL Draft.

Reese announced his decision on Twitter on Thursday, bringing an end to his time in Oxford after transferring in from the Georgia Bulldogs for the 2020 season.

Following his transfer, Reese became eligible for the Rebels prior to the 2020 Egg Bowl and participated in three games that season. In his career at Ole Miss, he hauled in two interceptions and accumulated 198 total tackles alongside 4.5 sacks. Ten of his tackles came as a tackle for loss.

Reese entered college out of Lee County High School in Leesburg, Ga., where he signed with Georgia before transferring to Oxford.
