Bracketology Watch: Pitt Projected as Lowest-Seeded ACC Tournament Team

In this story:
PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers are firmly in the NCAA Tournament picture, off the bubble and in control of their own destiny as they hit the home stretch of the regular season and prepare for the ACC Tournament.
But after a loss to Virginia Tech, while not damning, did drop the Panthers down the seeding list. ESPN's Joe Lunardihas the Panthers as a 10 seed, the No. 37 team in the field overall and the lowest ranked of the five ACC teams in the field.

The Field of 68 podcast contributors Roco Miller, Andy Bottoms, Lukas Harkins and Brad Watchel also created a projected bracket and they have Pitt as the lowest-seeded ACC team of any in the field as well. Like Lunardi, they predict the Panthers will be a 10 seed. They'd face Iowa in the East region if that prediction comes to fruition.
