Pitt Holds in Fox's Next Four Out

In this story:
PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers have not been knocked out of the NCAA Tournament picture just yet, even on the heels of a 33-point loss on the road to Wake Forest.
While some have dropped the Panthers from the bubble entirely, Fox Sports' Mike DeCourcy has them holding steady among the Next Four Out teams, alongside Drake, Cincinnati and Virginia Tech, who visits the Petersen Events Center this weekend.

Pitt took major falls in the NET and KenPom rankings while other bracketolgoists like ESPN's Joe Lunardi dropped it from the NCAA Tournament bubble entirely. But the Panthers are still breathing as they fight for a berth in the Big Dance with five games left.
There are four ACC teams in DeCourcy's projected field - 2-seed North Carolina, 3-seed Duke, 5-seed Clemson and 10-seed Virginia. Wake Forest is also among the First Four Out.
Pitt has an opportunity to bounce back this week with a home game against surging Virginia Tech. They'll also make one more road trip to Clemson before embarking on an ACC Tournament run, so there are plenty of chances left to improve their resume.
