He averaged 27 points per game and cracked the 2,000-point threshold for his career while leading his Buffaloes to a 35-4 record and 14-0 mark this past season.
Lowe is still the highest-rated signee in Pitt's 2023 class, which had been ranked in the top-25 of both Rivals' and 247Sports' team rankings earlier in the cycle. The Panthers now sit at 34th in Rivals' pecking order and 24th in 247Sports'. The class also includes fellow four-star combo guard, Carlton Carrington and three-star wing Marlon Barnes.
Lowe moved into campus housing in Oakland earlier this week, per a report from George Michalowski of Pittsburgh Sports Now and he will begin taking classes and practicing this summer.
