Pitt CB Marquis Williams Calls Out Kedon Slovis for 'Quitting'

In this story:
PITTSBURGH -- Kedon Slovis' time with the Pitt Panthers ended early and on sour terms. After an up-and-down, injury-stunted one season in Pittsburgh, Slovis decided to transfer to BYU while the team was preparing for the Sun Bowl against No. 18 UCLA, a game they eventually won thanks in no small part to some late-game heroics from back-up quarterback Nick Patti.
To at least one veteran Panthers player, that amounted to quitting on the team and he hasn't yet gotten over it. Cornerback Marquis Williams made his thoughts known on Twitter and said he wished he could face Slovis and the Cougars this year.
"Lol ... I wish he was on our schedule so we could make him quit like he did on us!" Williams said.
This isn't the first time Williams has called out Slovis for how he went about his transfer from Pitt. On the day Slovis' decision became public, Williams posted on Twitter saying that a team captain like Slovis owed his team more of an explanation.
As a team captain, you suppose to talk to your boys first before anything , wasn’t no love at all!
