Minor arrived at Pitt prior to the 2021 season after spending three seasons at Maryland, the school he committed to coming out of high school. He appeared in 26 games for the Terps and started 17 at both tackle and guard but for the Panthers, he moved full-time to guard.
Minor played and started in 13 games for the 2021 ACC Champion Panthers. He was named an All-ACC third teamer for his efforts in helping pave the way for a school record-setting offense. In 2022, he played in all 13 games and helped keep a shuffling rotation at the offensive line somewhat steady. He moved up to first-team All-ACC at the end of this past season.
