Three-Star DL Francis Brewu Commits to Pitt

PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers are growing their 2024 recruiting class. The latest addition to their 2024 recruiting class - three-star defensive lineman Francis Brewu - made his decision official after visiting the start of spring practices earlier this week.
Brewu was in Pittsburgh to watch the Panthers practice on Tuesday, then committed the next night. Head coach Pat Narduzzi sent out the Pat Signal that evening and Brewu claimed it the following day.

Brewu, a 6'3, 265-pound defensive tackle from Cincinnati, Ohio is rated as a three-star prospect by On3, Rivals and 247Sports. He held offers from Duke, Cincinnati, Minnesota, Northwestern, Iowa State, Boston College and others.
He joins running back Jules Goff, wide receiver DayDay Farmer and defensive linemen Ty Yuhas and Jashear Whittington in the now five-player strong 2024 recruiting class for Pitt.
