One of Stanford's biggest needs to rebuild their roster is to address the offensive line.

The Cardinal lost all but one of their starters from a year ago to the transfer portal, and had to look to the transfer portal this offseason to help bolster the unit. While they did get two lineman from the portal, they both serve as short term solutions which means the staff needs to start bringing in a handful of high schoolers to provide more depth in the future.

On Monday we learned that the staff has sent out an offer to four-star offensive lineman, Jason Zandamela. The Clearwater, Florida product took to Twitter to announce that he received an offer from Stanford's new offensive line coach, Klayton Adams.

Besides his newest offer from Stanford, Zandamela also holds offers from programs such as Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Auburn, Miami, and Florida State among others. Zandamela is extremely new to football, being that he was born in Mozambique, and moved to the United States in October of 2020. He grew up playing rugby, but during what was his sophomore year at Clearwater Academy International, he picked up  football.

He ranks as the No. 142 player in the country, No. 8 interior offensive lineman, and No. 25 player in the state of Florida.
