Report: Joey Aguilar Files Lawsuit in Knox County for Extra Season of Eligibility

In this story:
Joey Aguilar is now suing the NCAA in Knox County Court for a sixth season of eligibility, according to Adam Sparks.
Aguilar was originally one of the players who was set to be a plaintiff in the Diego Pavia lawsuit, but he ultimately sought early dismissal, which was granted. He is now set to be represented by Cam Norris, who is someone who has represented President Donald Trump in the past and previously defeated the NCAA in court on behalf of the University of Tennessee.
This gives the talented QB the best chance to be victorious in the long run. More information is expected to follow, as he is someone who can help this Tennessee team for one more season. He had a solid and eventful 2025. Here is how his 2025 played out, according to utsports.com.
