Tennessee Vols RB Target Bo Jackson Narrows Recruitment

2025 four-star running back Bo Jackson (Cleveland, Oh.) has narrowed his recruitment to 12 schools after a recent visit with the Tennessee Volunteers.
Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School running back Bo Jackson has a legendary name for his position. The talented Ohio native is commanding attention for his on-field efforts, though, amassing 1,700 all-purpose yards and 28 touchdowns. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Jackson ranks as the No. 66 prospect in the 2025 class and commands 23 offers.
Jackson cut his recruitment to 12 schools on Monday morning; Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Rutgers, Tennessee, and West Virginia will continue competing for the talented back. Tennessee hosted Jackson for his first unofficial visit in Knoxville, Tennessee, over the past few weeks, giving him an opportunity to gel with the coaching staff.
The Ohio State Buckeyes pace this recruitment, as they will for most elite Ohio natives. The Vols recently hired running backs coach De'Rail Sims, who's high on Buford High School running back commit Justin Baker. However, he may want to pair another talented runner with Baker, and Jackson would fit the billing.
