The 2022 NFL Draft didn't feature a single Texas Longhorn selected, the first time that's happened since 2014. Texas fans didn't hear the end of it.

That certainly won't be the case this time around when the 2023 NFL Draft kicks off on April 27 in Kansas City. Former Texas running back Bijan Robinson has made sure that won't happen again, as he's a surefire second-round pick at the very least and is almost certain to be the first running back off the board.

Draft projections and mock drafts have shown us that a handful of other Longhorns are slated to go off the board after Robinson. And in a recent and lengthy seven-round mock draft from ESPN, we can see where many of the Longhorns in the current draft pool might land.

No. 21, Los Angeles Chargers - Bijan Robinson, RB

No surprises here. Robinson has been projected as high as a top-10 pick, though given he plays running back, could certainly fall into the 20s. However, this would be far from a disappointment, as Robinson is regarded as one of the most talented players in the entire draft. Teams could even potentially take a swing on him higher than this, afraid that he'll be gone by the time they pick again.

No. 74 (third round), Cleveland Browns - Keondre Coburn, DL

"Snacks" was a fan favorite during his time at Texas. He spent five seasons with the program, finishing with 6.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and 93 total tackles.

At 6-2, 343, his ability to cause problems in the interior will certainly land him on an NFL roster by the time the draft is over. Unlike this mock, he may slip below the third round but should be off the board in the middle stages of the draft.

No. 111 (fourth round), Cleveland Browns - DeMarvion Overshown, LB

Another Longhorn off the board to the Browns in this mock, Overshown will bring a ton of versatiliy to whichever team takes a swing on him.

Texas fans know all too well his transition from defensive back to linebacker, and he showed last season he's still got that rare combination of speed and power. He finished with a career-high four sacks this past season and was a major reason why the Texas defense was one of the more improved units in Power 5.

A natural leader with a high motor and football IQ, Overshown will be playing in the NFL next season ... armbands and all.

No. 112 (fourth round), New York Jets - Moro Ojomo, DL

Longhorns go back-to-back in this mock, as Ojomo goes off the board to the Jets right after Overshown.

He finished off his Texas career on a high note, finishing with a career-best in sacks (three) and total tackles (33) last season. Ojomo, Overshown and Coburn spent multiple seasons with one another and, fittingly, could all be drafted all the same day.

Based on previous mocks, it's likely Ojomo falls a bit below the fourth round but it certainly makes for a good story.

No. 121 (fourth round), Kansas City Chiefs - Roschon Johnson, RB

Last, but certainly not least, Johnson is the final Longhorn selected in this mock.

The fact that Johnson managed to not be overshadowed by Robinson during their time at Texas together speaks volumes to the kind of player he is, and NFL scouts have reportedly been noticing and salivating as a result.

The former quarterback possesses a combination of power and downhill speed with the ability to throw in a hurdle in the open field every now and then. Add that to the fact that he's an electric play-maker on special teams, and Johnson being the last of the Longhorns selected seems a bit unrealistic here.
