WATCH: Longhorns RB Roschon Johnson Runs 40-Yard Dash at NFL Combine

In this story:
Texas Longhorns running back Roschon Johnson has had to wait till the final day of the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis to show off his skills, as he and the rest of the running backs took the field for drills on Sunday.
And with all eyes on the 40-yard dash, Johnson didn't disappoint with an unofficial 4.59 finish on his first run.

Johnson ran a 4.65 on his second run.
Despite fellow Texas teammate Bijan Robinson shining in the spotlight, Johnson has still managed to make a name for himself as an NFL prospect that can do a little bit of everything while making GM’s salivate in the process. To be able to gain attention headed into the draft despite backing up the Doak Walker winner goes to show how impressive his rise up on draft boards has been.

Johnson finished the regular season with 93 carries for 554 rushing yards and five touchdowns along with 14 catches for 128 yards and another score before electing to skip out on Texas' bowl game. He did this all while being arguably the best player on special teams for the Horns, which adds even more value to his NFL stock.
