Bijan Robinson and Tom Brady? Longhorns RB to Tampa Bay in Latest Mock Draft

The Longhorns running back heads out east to join the defending NFC South champions.

With the NFL season one week closer to being over there are now 30 teams preparing for the offseason and the NFL draft.

Between now and April, though, there is not much for fans and analysts to do other than project who will land where. As a result, you will see dozens upon dozens of mock drafts

In those mock drafts, it has become a consensus belief that Texas Longhorns running back Bijan Robinson will go in the first round. 33rdTeam released its latest mock draft, and in it Robinson is headed to the NFC South.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

Tampa Bay takes the best player available, giving them Robinson. He’s a potent threat as both a runner and a receiver, pairing nicely with the Buccaneers’ current skill position talent.

The Buccaneers as a team rushed for only 1,308 yards and five touchdowns, while Robinson's Doak Walker campaign saw him rush for 1,580 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground, good for sixth and tied-fifth in the country respectively.

Of course, there's no telling if quarterback Tom Brady will be in Tampa Bay once again next season. If he is, though, adding Robinson to the Buccaneers offense would make it that much more lethal.
