Longhorns Reveal Depth Chart vs. Alabama

In this story:
The No. 11 Texas Longhorns are approaching kickoff on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium against the No. 3 Alabama Crimson Tide. The Longhorns are looking to pull off the road upset in arguably their biggest game of the season.
The team revealed its depth chart for Saturday's contest, as freshman running back CJ Baxter appears set to be the starter despite suffering a rib injury in the win over the Rice Owls last week.
However, fans on X (formerly Twitter) were a bit confused when taking a look at the center position for the Longhorns.
The three names listed at center for Texas were Alfred Edwards, Calvin Knapp and Wyatt Bowles. Strangely, all three of these players are offensive linemen for the Utah State Aggies, who the Tide beat in the season opener last season.

No need to worry though. This odd error won't be stopping Jake Majors from getting another start at center, as he'll be making his 29th career start on Saturday.
But regardless of what the depth chart, the Longhorns will need to bring some all-out energy to Bryant-Denny Stadium if they want to come away with a win. Texas coach Steve Sarkisian set the tone early for his team during an appearance on ESPN's College Gameday on Saturday.
"We got to make sure that our energy, our juices is right," Sarkisian said. "We got to make sure that we don't become emotional because, when that happens, we start making poor choices and decisions.
"We can't wait. We can't throw jabs. We've got to go into this game, and we've got to try to step in the middle of the ring and start throwing haymakers."
